Drishyam 3 races to Rs 178.78 crore India net in 4 days
Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 3 The Conclusion holds through its first Monday, taking India net to Rs 178.78 crore and closing in on the Rs 200 crore milestone.

The real verdict for a Bollywood box office hit often arrives on the first Monday, after the holiday crowd has gone home. For Drishyam 3 The Conclusion, that Monday is looking strong, and it has put two major milestones within reach.
A weekend that put the franchise on top
The Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer released on October 2, 2026, over the Gandhi Jayanti weekend. It opened with Rs 62 crore India net on Friday and kept audiences coming through Sunday.
- Day 1 (Friday): Rs 62 crore net
- Day 2 (Saturday): Rs 53.50 crore net
- Day 3 (Sunday): Rs 61 crore net
- Day 4 (Monday, live): Rs 2.28 crore net so far
That takes the three-day India net to Rs 176.50 crore, and the running total to Rs 178.78 crore as Monday’s shows were still in progress. Sunday’s figure is particularly notable because it nearly matched the opening day, a sign that word of mouth is converting into repeat and family viewing.
Why the Monday hold matters
Monday is the first working day after a long weekend. If a film can hold its own on Monday, it usually points to longer legs beyond the initial fan rush. Early live tracking showed Drishyam 3 The Conclusion playing across 5,377 shows on Day 4, with India gross at Rs 214.49 crore.
The India net total of Rs 178.78 crore means the film is closing in on the Rs 200 crore India net milestone. Worldwide, it has accumulated Rs 272.80 crore gross in three days, putting the Rs 300 crore global mark in its sights as well.
Overseas markets have been equally important to the film’s worldwide run. International gross reached Rs 61 crore by Day 3, after adding Rs 20 crore on both Saturday and Sunday. That steadiness across territories has kept the worldwide figure at Rs 272.80 crore, even before Monday’s overseas totals are added.
The film behind the numbers
Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the third instalment continues the story of Vijay Salgaonkar, played again by Ajay Devgn, as he fights to protect his family through a new layer of crime, evidence and legal trouble. Tabu returns as Meera Deshmukh, with Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta also reprising their roles. Prakash Raj and Jaideep Ahlawat join the latest chapter, alongside Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla and Kamlesh Sawant.
The CBFC gave the film a U/A 16+ certificate with no cuts or modifications, and it has a reported runtime of 150 minutes. For a franchise built on suspense rather than spectacle, those are remarkable numbers.
