Salman Khan Hosts BJP Youth Leader for Dinner
BJP youth leader PM Sai Prasad and his wife spent a warm evening at Salman Khan's Mumbai home, giving fans a rare glimpse of the actor off screen.

Salman Khan added a rare off-screen chapter to his public story recently, when a guest from politics shared photographs and warm words from an evening at the actor’s Mumbai home.
A dinner that put the host in focus
Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha treasurer PM Sai Prasad said he and his wife were invited to Salman Khan’s home for dinner. Prasad later posted a montage of pictures from the visit, praising the actor for his hospitality and simplicity.
In his social media caption, Prasad described the evening as “filled with great conversations and heartfelt hospitality” and thanked the star for hosting them. He added that he was “truly touched by your warmth and simplicity, bhai”. Prasad’s wife was also seen posing for pictures with Salman during the visit.
Why the post connected with fans
The home setting gave followers what they rarely see: Salman Khan away from a film set or a reality-show stage. Commenters responded with heart and fire emojis, turning a private dinner into a feel-good viral moment.
The timing adds context. Salman has recently been in the news for appearing shirtless on the latest season of Bigg Boss while speaking about online trolling over his looks. During the same appearance, he made indirect remarks about comments around Katrina Kaif’s postpartum weight and criticised paparazzi for photographing actresses from objectionable angles.
From Maine Pyar Kiya to the next slate
On Bigg Boss, Salman also said he had faced negativity since Maine Pyar Kiya, and credited Dus Ka Dum with changing parts of the public’s perception of him. A warm dinner post, then, lands as another small but visible reminder of the person behind the star image.
His film calendar continues to move, even if some dates are still open:
- Sikandar (2025), with Rashmika Mandanna, collected ₹184.89 crore worldwide despite lukewarm reviews.
- Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, directed by Apoorva Lakhia and backed by Salman Khan Films, has no release date yet.
- An untitled Vamshi Paidipally film, produced by Dil Raju, is currently shooting with Nayanthara as the female lead and is slated for Eid 2027.
He also made special appearances in Raja Shivaji and the Saudi Arabian film 7 Dogs earlier this year, keeping his slate busy between bigger projects.
For fans who follow every release, the dinner is more than a courtesy call. It shows Salman comfortably hosting, conversing and posing for photos at home, exactly the kind of normality that is hard to find in the Bollywood spotlight.
