Ramayana Overseas Advance Sales Hit $4.71M
Ramayana wraps its global promotions in London as overseas advance bookings reach USD 4.71M. North America leads before the November 5 release.

Ramayana is closing its global campaign with a London stop, and the numbers are already moving. With the film set to open on Thursday, November 5, the cast has taken a bow-and-arrow moment from the poster to the promotional stage, while overseas advance bookings have climbed to roughly USD 4.71 million.
London becomes the final stop
Yash, Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor were joined in London by director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra. The team held a screening, participated in a discussion about the film, and spoke to international media outlets for interviews.
They also posed for photographs and selfies together, and the group tried to recreate Ranbir’s bow-and-arrow pose from the film’s posters. The visit is being reported as the final leg of the promotional campaign, following the film’s Los Angeles premiere and a run of appearances on American television shows.
Special screenings and early previews are scheduled for November 4, which means the first audience look will land a day before the official theatrical release.
Overseas advance bookings near USD 5 million
Advance bookings are the clearest early demand signal for a big Indian release, and Ramayana is already close to a notable milestone. The film has accumulated approximately USD 4.71 million in overseas advance sales across all days, putting the USD 5 million mark within reach before a single regular show has opened.
- North America (US and Canada): an estimated USD 3.56 million
- UK and Ireland: around USD 445,100
- Australia and New Zealand: approximately USD 431,700
North America is doing the heavy lifting by a wide margin, which makes it the market to watch during the opening weekend.
The benchmark that matters
The overseas start gives Ramayana a chance to aim at the benchmark set by Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2. That film reportedly collected Rs 475.93 crore, or about USD 49 million, in overseas gross earnings, with strong performances in North America, the UK, Australia and Germany.
Several of those markets overlap with the territories where Ramayana is already building momentum. That does not guarantee a record, but it does show the pre-release energy is concentrated in the right places for a long international run.
What to watch next
For Hindi film fans, the first real clues will come from the November 4 previews. If the early screenings generate strong word of mouth, the USD 5 million marker could fall before the film’s official Thursday opening. If you plan to watch in a big city, booking early is the safest way to secure a seat for the first shows.
