Bollywood fans have a reason to rejoice as the release date of ‘Singham Again’ has been preponed to Independence Day 2024. The film was earlier slated to release on Diwali 2024. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on Twitter, revealing that the third instalment of the super hit cop franchise ‘Singham’ will see Ajay Devgn return as Bajirao Singham and Deepika Padukone in a cop avatar.
Helmed by Rohit Shetty, the film is set to go on floors in August 2023. The previous two films in the franchise, ‘Singham’ and ‘Singham Returns’, were box office hits and Ajay Devgn’s portrayal of the police officer Bajirao Singham won him a massive fan following.
While Ajay Devgn was last seen in the action film ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’, Deepika Padukone was last seen in ‘Pathaan’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Singham Again’ to see the duo in action. Stay tuned for more updates on this highly anticipated film.
