Janhvi Kapoor’s Ulajh Shoot in Delhi Postponed Due to Ongoing Flood Crisis

Amidst the promotional whirlwind for Bawaal, Janhvi Kapoor was all set to commence shooting for her next film, Ulajh, in New Delhi. However, the city’s ongoing flood crisis has forced the team to reschedule the shoot for safety reasons. According to a source, the whole team, including Kapoor, was geared up to begin filming on July 10, with a grand plan that included iconic locations like Old Delhi, Red Fort, Qutub Minar, and Lajpat Nagar market. Unfortunately, the rapidly changing situation due to heavy rains and floods compelled them to push the schedule.

Directed by Sudhanshu Saria, Ulajh is a stylized international thriller set in the intriguing world of Indian Foreign Services (IFS). Alongside Janhvi Kapoor, the film features a stellar cast, including Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. Despite the setback, the team remains determined to capture the essence of Delhi’s captivating locations and has set their sights on resuming the shoot in mid-August. Fans eagerly await this patriotic thriller, which promises to be a gripping cinematic experience.
