Bollywood producer Karan Johar has expressed his displeasure over the clash of release dates between two highly anticipated films. The Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas, directed by Sriram Raghavan, is all set for a December 15, 2023 release. However, it will go head-to-head with Sidharth Malhotra-led Yodha.
Taking to Instagram, Karan Johar emphasized that studios and producers should have shown more courtesy and made a call to discuss the date clash. He urged the film fraternity to stand united during these challenging theatrical days. With both films boasting star-studded casts and promising stories, fans are eagerly anticipating the clash, but Johar’s concerns add an extra layer of tension to this exciting showdown at the box office.
