Veteran actor Neena Gupta recently spoke up about her envy towards younger actors Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra after their appearances at this year’s Met Gala. In an interview, Gupta said, “I wish we also had the same kind of exposure. I think about it every passing minute. I feel envious every second. I wonder what if I was a young actor in this day and age! I could have achieved so much more.” Gupta, who has starred in numerous acclaimed films, added that she feels grateful for the work that still comes her way, but admits to feeling jealous when she sees younger actors donning glamorous gowns and walking the red carpet.

Gupta, who has recently appeared in films like Panga and Badhaai Ho, as well as web series Panchayat and Masaba Masaba 2, expressed her desire to have the same level of exposure and opportunities as the younger generation of actors.
