Bollywood actors Radhika Apte and Sumeet Vyas are set to share screen space in the upcoming spy comedy ‘Mrs Undercover’. Directed and written by Anushree Mehta, the film is produced by B4U Motion Pictures in collaboration with Jaadugar Productions and Knight Sky Movies.
The trailer for ‘Mrs Undercover’ has already been released and has created a buzz among fans. The film tells the story of a former undercover spy, Durga (played by Apte), who is called back to work after ten years of living a life as a housewife. While Durga has forgotten everything about being a spy, she must fight criminals and patriarchal notions to save the day.
The trailer showcases Chief Rangeela (played by Rajesh Sharma) persuading Durga to join the team, while Sumeet Vyas portrays the character of a serial killer known as the “Common Man”. The movie also features Angana Roy, Laboni Sarkar, Biswajeet Chakraborty, Roshni Bhattacharya, Saheb Chatterjee, and Indrashish Roy in pivotal roles.
