The highly anticipated trailer of the intense dark thriller ‘Bloody Daddy’ starring Shahid Kapoor was launched with great fanfare in Mumbai on May 24. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is set to premiere exclusively on JioCinema on June 9, marking JioCinema’s first direct-to-OTT release. ‘Bloody Daddy’ takes audiences on an adrenaline-fueled journey as Sumair (played by Shahid Kapoor) confronts Gurugram’s white-collar drug lords, treacherous friends, a ruthless crime boss, corrupt and honest cops, and deadly narcs, all in a single fateful night. Set against the backdrop of a post-COVID party apocalypse, this resilient man embraces a dangerous new reality and will stop at nothing to protect the one relationship that truly matters to him.
