Suhana Khan, the daughter of Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, has made headlines once again, this time for her impressive real estate investment. The star kid has recently acquired three stunning row houses in the scenic town of Alibaug, worth a whopping Rs 12 crores. The properties, located in Thal Village between Alibaug and Kihim Beach, further expand the Khan family’s already impressive property portfolio.
According to the agreement of sale document obtained from reliable sources, the combined carpet area of the three-row houses amounts to 3,988 sq. ft. Each house offers its unique charm, with the first-row house boasting a spacious carpet area of 1,750 sq. ft. The second and third-row houses measure 420 sq. ft. and 1,771 sq. ft., respectively. In addition to these houses, Suhana also acquired a cabin with a carpet area of 48 sq. ft. The expansive real estate spans across 1.5 acres and features beautiful coconut trees, lush plantations, and even a well, tube well, and water tanks.
The sale transaction was completed on June 1, with Suhana Khan paying a significant amount of Rs 77.46 lakh as stamp duty. This new acquisition complements the Khan family’s existing property in Alibaug, as Shah Rukh Khan already owns a luxurious estate known as Deja Vu Farms nearby.
While making waves in the real estate arena, Suhana Khan has also been making strides in her professional life. Recently announced as the face of Maybelline, she captivated the public’s attention during her first press meet held in Mumbai earlier this year. Moreover, she recently attended the Netflix Tudum event in Brazil, building excitement for her upcoming debut film, The Archies. Directed by the talented Zoya Akhtar, this much-anticipated movie is set for a direct release on Netflix, although the official release date has yet to be announced.
