It’s been three years since the unfortunate demise of the legendary actor Irrfan Khan, but his fans still remember him fondly. Now, another unreleased film of the versatile actor, Apno Se Bewafai, is all set to hit the big screen on May 26th. Along with this exciting news, the makers have also released a hot new poster featuring Irrfan and Mahima Chaudhry.
Apno Se Bewafai is a delayed project that was completed way back in 2018, and it had secured a censor certificate in 2019. However, due to the pandemic, the release date had to be postponed. The movie revolves around Irrfan’s character, a married man, who gets attracted to a wealthy woman, played by Mahima Chaudhry. The film depicts the consequences of his actions on his family and his life.
Producer Piyush Shah spoke about the movie and Irrfan’s incredible personality, calling him a “wonderful man” who was grounded and down-to-earth. As for Mahima Chaudhry, she is expected to appear in three movies in 2023, including Apno Se Bewafai.
The director of Apno Se Bewafai, Prakash Bhalekar, had shared another poster of the movie on his Instagram handle a few months back, giving fans a sneak peek at what’s in store for them. We can’t wait to witness the brilliance of Irrfan Khan one last time with Apno Se Bewafai in cinemas!
