Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently held an interactive session, AskSRK, where he answered fan questions about his upcoming film, Jawan. One fan asked about the preparation Shah Rukh had undertaken for his role in the highly anticipated Atlee directorial, especially considering the actor’s never-seen-before avatar, including the bald look, revealed in the teaser.
In his response, Shah Rukh confessed to immersing himself in the work of Atlee and also drawing inspiration from the performances of renowned South superstars. He mentioned watching films of Thalapathy Vijay, Allu Arjun, Rajinikanth, and Yash to understand the language of expression required for the world that was being created in Jawan. By studying their acting styles and character portrayals, Shah Rukh aimed to enrich his own performance in the film.
Jawan, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, features a star-studded cast including Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Priya Mani in pivotal roles. The film also boasts a major cameo appearance by Shah Rukh’s favorite co-star, Deepika Padukone. Furthermore, reports suggest that Thalapathy Vijay, Atlee’s favorite hero, will also make a special appearance in this action-packed entertainer. With its release scheduled for September 1 in multiple languages, including Hindi and Tamil, Jawan is set to captivate audiences with its compelling storyline and impressive ensemble cast.
