Tiger Shroff’s Team Denies Statement on Juhu Firing
Team Tiger Shroff has denied reports that the actor gave a statement to Mumbai Police after the October 18 Juhu firing, and warned against AI-made misinformation.

Team Tiger Shroff has denied reports that the actor gave a statement to the Mumbai Police Crime Branch following the October 18 firing in Juhu. A report from NDTV, citing sources, had quoted the actor as being in “deep shock” and saying he did not wish to speak; his spokesperson now says that account is not true.
The denial from Team Tiger
Contacted by the Hindustan Times, the spokesperson said, “This news is completely untrue. Tiger has not made any such statement. No such thing has happened.” The actor’s official page went further, saying he had “made no statements, released no videos, and authorised no communication regarding the recent incident or any related developments.”
That is more than a simple clarification. It is an attempt to stop a secondary narrative that was spreading while the police investigation was still under way.
AI videos, burn marks and a warning
Fans were already on edge after early pictures showed Tiger with bandages on his arm and shoulder. The official Team Tiger Shroff page later posted a short video showing burn marks on his skin, which appeared to explain the bandages. That context mattered, because the images were quickly used to build speculation.
The team then warned that several social media pages and platforms were circulating “fabricated stories, AI-generated videos and scripted narratives” falsely attributed to Tiger. It called them false, unauthorised and intended to mislead the public, and said legal action could follow for those who keep spreading them.
What the police have confirmed so far
The investigation has moved quickly. Here is what is on record:
- Ten people have been detained from Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
- Four suspects have been identified: Kunal (21) and Sumit (19) from Haryana, and Radha (23) and Babita (23) from Uttar Pradesh.
- Two firearms were recovered from Surat and are allegedly linked to the attack.
- Three suspects were picked up in Kota, and a 22-year-old man was arrested in Indore.
- Gangster Anil Pandit, described as a close aide of Lawrence Bishnoi, claimed responsibility in a social media post.
On October 18, three attackers fired shots at Tiger’s car in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The actor was unhurt, but his driver and a bystander were injured by bullets.
Why the misinformation matters
In a high-profile case, every quote can shape how fans and viewers react. A fake statement attributed to a star can travel further than the denial, especially when it arrives early and sounds dramatic. The team’s specific naming of AI-generated videos is a sign of how quickly synthetic clips can now mimic a public figure.
For fans, the practical filter is straightforward: watch for the official page, treat anonymous-source reports with patience, and do not forward a clip until the team or the police confirm it. That is not just good hygiene; in a case with an active investigation, it keeps attention on verified facts.
