Tiger Shroff Firing Case: 13th Accused Held From Karnal

Mumbai Crime Branch has arrested 22-year-old Subeha Pandit from Karnal as the 13th accused in the Tiger Shroff firing case, widening the MCOCA probe.

Tiger Shroff firing case: 13th accused held from Karnal

The Mumbai Crime Branch has made its 13th arrest in the October 18 Juhu firing case that has been linked to actor Tiger Shroff. A 22-year-old woman, identified as Subeha Pandit, was taken into custody from Haryana’s Karnal district on November 1.

Her arrest adds another layer to a probe that has already stretched across three states and moved from a local firing complaint into an organised crime investigation.

Who is the latest accused?

Investigators have named the woman as Subeha Pandit. She is the third woman to be held in the case, after Radha and Babita, who were earlier arrested for allegedly supplying weapons.

According to the Crime Branch, Pandit was allegedly involved in the criminal activities of the organised gang under investigation. A Mumbai Crime Branch team, working with Haryana Police, detained her in Karnal on November 1.

How the case has grown

  • October 18, 2026: Unidentified assailants on a two-wheeler opened fire in Juhu.
  • Initial probe: A case was registered at Juhu Police Station, and the Mumbai Crime Branch took over.
  • Earlier arrests: 12 accused were held from Kota, Delhi and Sonipat.
  • October 27, 2026: MCOCA sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) were invoked.
  • November 1, 2026: Subeha Pandit was arrested from Karnal, taking the count to 13.

Why the MCOCA angle matters

The invocation of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act changes the weight of the case. MCOCA is meant for organised crime syndicates and carries stricter provisions on bail and custody, so each fresh arrest is being tracked closely rather than treated as an isolated incident.

For Hindi film fans, the case has kept attention because of the star name attached to it and because it unfolded in Juhu, a neighbourhood central to the film industry’s everyday life. The police are yet to publicly outline the full motive, and the Crime Branch has said the investigation is continuing.

What to make of the widening probe

The geography of the arrests tells its own story. Before the Karnal detention, 12 accused had been picked up from Kota in Rajasthan, Delhi and Sonipat in Haryana. Adding Karnal means the alleged network is not confined to Mumbai, and the Crime Branch is pursuing leads across state lines with local police assistance.

For those following the case, the Karnal arrest is less about a single suspect and more about the direction of the investigation: the police appear to be building a full picture of the gang, including those who allegedly supplied weapons and others connected to its activities.

With 13 accused now in custody, the focus is likely to shift to the roles each person played and the chain that led to October 18. The Crime Branch has not announced the next steps, but it has confirmed that the investigation remains open, which leaves room for the accused count to rise further.
