Anushka Sharma family buys 3 Versova flats for Rs 44.1 crore

Anushka Sharma, her parents and Virat Kohli picked up three under-construction Versova apartments on one floor for Rs 44.1 crore combined.

Anushka Sharma Family Buys Three Versova Apartments for Rs 44.1 Crore

Anushka Sharma has put her family on one floor of a Versova tower. The actor, her parents and her husband Virat Kohli have together bought three under-construction apartments at Godrej Skyshore on Yari Road, with a combined registration value of Rs 44.1 crore. All three homes sit on the 24th floor of Tower A.

Property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix and Zapkey show the deals were completed in July 2026. The three purchases are separate, but together they give the family a shared residential line in Mumbai’s western suburb of Versova.

Who owns what on the 24th floor

The apartments break down like this:

  • Anushka Sharma: a 2,153.7 sq ft apartment for nearly Rs 14.9 crore, registered on July 8, 2026.
  • Her parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma: an adjoining 1,577 sq ft apartment for Rs 10.91 crore, registered the same day.
  • Anushka and Virat Kohli jointly: a third apartment for Rs 18.29 crore, registered on July 21, 2026.

The stamp duty details are equally revealing. Anushka’s unit drew about Rs 74.48 lakh in stamp duty, her parents’ unit about Rs 65.45 lakh, and the joint purchase about Rs 1.09 crore. The first two apartments together cover around 3,731 sq ft and are valued at about Rs 25.8 crore. On carpet area, those two rate at roughly Rs 73,500 to Rs 74,000 per sq ft.

Godrej Properties is developing the project, and possession is due on or before June 30, 2031. That makes this a long-horizon Versova bet, not a move-in-ready one.

Why a one-floor family buy stands out

For Bollywood families, an under-construction purchase is often as much about planning as price. A 2031 possession date means the family is locking in today’s rates and a specific layout well before the building is complete. More importantly, the floor plan itself works like a private family cluster: Anushka’s parents are next door, and the couple is in another unit on the same floor.

That arrangement is a familiar pattern among successful Indian film families—keep the support system close without giving up separate spaces. For fans tracking star portfolios, the interesting detail is not the total alone but the structure of the purchase.

A city-and-coast buying pattern

The Versova purchases follow a larger real-estate push. In January 2026, Anushka and Virat jointly bought two adjoining land parcels of around 5.19 acres in Zirad village, Alibaug, for Rs 37.86 crore. They had earlier bought nearly eight acres in the area in 2022 for Rs 19.24 crore and built a luxury holiday home there.

City apartments and coastal land point to a family spreading capital across built and future projects. For Bollywood watchers, it also signals where the couple may want to stay, work and unwind over the next decade.
