Saif Ali Khan Sells Bandra West Flat for Rs 4.11 Crore
Saif Ali Khan has sold a 797 sq ft Bandra West flat with two parking spots for Rs 4.11 crore, and leased Andheri commercial space.

What the documents say
Saif Ali Khan has completed the sale of a 797 sq ft carpet-area apartment in Bandra West’s Hi-Cons Residency for Rs 4.11 crore. The sale deed was registered on October 19, 2026, and the flat comes with two open parking spaces, according to property registration records accessed by CRE Matrix.
The agreement to sell is dated March 7, 2024, and was registered on March 11, 2024. Buyers took possession on March 7, 2024, and paid Rs 24.66 lakh as stamp duty.
The flat’s backstory
This was once part of a much larger home. Khan bought a 6,000 sq ft carpet-area unit spread across two upper floors of Hi-Cons Residency from Hi-Con Constructions on March 30, 2007, paying Rs 9.7 crore. In June 2014, the property was formally split into three apartments: two lower-floor flats of about 2,997 sq ft and 2,205 sq ft, and the smaller 797 sq ft flat on a higher floor.
CRE Matrix notes that the original Rs 9.7 crore price covered all three apartments.
Commercial space leased in Andheri
In a separate transaction, Khan has leased two commercial units on Andheri Kurla Road to Durva Fintech Private Limited. The units have a RERA carpet area of 5,692 sq ft and will earn Rs 22.76 lakh per month.
The leave-and-licence agreement was registered on September 29, 2026, for a five-year term from May 10, 2026, to May 9, 2031. Vikaas Mohan Sachdeva, a director of Durva Fintech, is named as the licensee, while Khan is the licensor through his constituted attorney.
A wider property map
Khan continues to live with his family at Satguru Sharan in Mumbai, a home of more than 6,500 sq ft that he bought in April 2012 for Rs 23.50 crore. Earlier, he and Kareena Kapoor Khan lived in Bandra’s Fortune Heights complex, where he bought an apartment of more than 950 sq ft for Rs 7 crore in April 2016.

For fans, the paperwork is less about numbers alone and more about how Bollywood stars hold, split and lease property in Mumbai’s premium micro-markets. A compact Bandra West flat carrying a Rs 4.11 crore price tag shows how strongly a sought-after address can hold value.
