Sonu Nigam Buys Three Andheri West Units for Rs 17 Crore

Sonu Nigam has added a fresh address to his real estate portfolio. The playback singer has purchased three commercial units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined Rs 17 crore, according to property registration documents. The deals were registered on 6 August 2026.

Inside the Andheri West deal

The units are located in the Aston building within Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road. Two adjoining first-floor commercial spaces were bought from Singular Health Private Limited for Rs 16 crore. Together they have a carpet area of 3,885.77 sq ft, and the transaction included four car parking slots in the building’s stack parking system. A separate ground-floor office, also sold by the same company, was registered the same day for Rs 1 crore and covers 258.33 sq ft.

Put together, the three units span 4,144.10 sq ft of carpet area. That takes the blended price to roughly Rs 41,021 per sq ft. Sonu Nigam and Singular Health Private Limited could not be reached for comment.

A busy few years in property

The Andheri purchase continues a visible pattern of property moves around Mumbai.

  • In May 2026, he sold 1.067 hectares of Karjat land for Rs 95 lakh.
  • In April 2026, he sold Karjat land parcels totalling over 1.9 hectares for Rs 1.95 crore.
  • In February 2026, his father Agam Kumar Nigam bought a 1,197 sq m Madh Island plot for Rs 10 crore.
  • In December 2025, Sonu leased a 4,257 sq ft office in Santacruz East for five years at a total rent of over Rs 12.61 crore.

The Santacruz property sits in Trade Centre BKC and was leased to Pattni Hospitality, which runs the cafe and bar brand Downtown 29.

Why this deal is worth watching

For fans, the property trail is a reminder that a Bollywood career can quietly branch into commercial real estate. Office and retail units on a busy stretch such as Lokhandwala Road hold rental income potential and are easier to track through registration documents than film royalties. The inclusion of parking slots also adds practical value in a crowded micro-market.

The buyer side raises an interesting detail: a singer purchasing office space from a company such as Singular Health Private Limited shows how commercial properties change hands across sectors. With no response from either party, the intention behind the units remains open, whether for rental yield, future offices or a mix of both.

At about Rs 41,021 per sq ft, the blended rate reflects a specific commercial micro-market rather than a luxury residential comparison. For Bollywood watchers, the precise sums also show how celebrity money moves across asset classes; the purchase is a planned two-registration acquisition rather than a single impulse buy.
