The Traitors Telugu: Nobody Pays Into Rs 28 Lakh Pot
The Traitors Telugu finds its rhythm in episodes 4-6, but a Rs 28 lakh mission exposes selfish play as Shravya hunts the traitors.

The Traitors Telugu settles into a sharper rhythm in episodes four to six on Amazon Prime Video. Host Teja Sajja steps back slightly, and the game’s real weapons—missions, suspicion and self-interest—take over. The result is a more engaging watch, even if the long runtime still tests patience.
A new Traitor enters, then exits
Dhananjay returns to the house after being eliminated before he could enter the game, and several players expect him to be picked as a Traitor. Instead, the existing Traitors—Ashika Padukone and Rahat Achanta—choose Vishnu Oi along with the host. Vishnu cannot hold the cover: his behaviour changes quickly, the group reads it, and he is banished within a day.
The Traitors strike back by murdering Sai Ronak, which keeps the Innocents under pressure. Rahat works hard to build trust with Varsha D’Souza and Pranav Chaganti while quietly directing suspicion elsewhere. It works for a while, but Shravya Varma begins to question his moves.
The missions finally work
The biggest improvement is in the challenges. The first mission, built around carrying a symbolic dead body and collecting items such as watches and sandalwood, fails and adds nothing to the prize pot.
The second mission is the most revealing. Seven pairs move barrels towards a hut while facing a choice: keep their individual winnings or add them to a shared fund of Rs 28 lakh. Not one contestant puts money into the common pot.
The third mission raises the stakes with a midnight rescue. Shravya Varma, Mouneesha Chowdary, Harsha Vardhan and Dhananjay are named as potential murder targets. Only Mouneesha is saved, with Rahat playing a key role—yet she later suspects him, showing that gratitude does not buy trust here.
Where the game stands after episode six:
- Vishnu Oi is recruited and banished within a day.
- Shravya Varma leads the Innocents and helps banish Rahat Achanta.
- Ashika Padukone is the only Traitor left.
Trust becomes a weakness
Shravya’s read of Rahat proves correct, and he is banished. The fallout shows how personal bonds can cloud judgement. Varsha is disappointed that someone she trusted used the closeness as strategy, while Pranav continues to believe Rahat is innocent.
That leaves Ashika as the lone Traitor. Her quiet approach has kept her safe until now, but she can no longer lean on a partner. Shravya remains a danger, while the group’s divisions give Ashika room to turn players against one another.
Is it worth your time?
Episodes four to six are a step up from the opening three because the missions and arguments carry more tension. The show still runs long, with many episodes around an hour and 15 minutes and some approaching or passing two hours. That makes a back-to-back binge difficult. The review rating is 3.25 out of 5, and the improvement is clear—especially if you watch for how selfish choices expose the group’s real loyalties.
