Inside Raha’s Bluey-themed 4th birthday with Alia and Ranbir
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor host a Bluey-themed at-home party for Raha's fourth birthday, complete with two cakes and a strict no-face rule.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor marked their daughter Raha’s fourth birthday with an intimate at-home celebration on November 7, and the photos Alia shared give fans the party’s whole mood—without giving away the one thing the couple still refuses to expose.
A Bluey party at home
The decor leaned into the pastel world of the children’s animated series Bluey. Camper-van touches in soft blue, bunting and custom balloons set the scene for a low-key afternoon. Two cakes took centre stage: one designed around Bluey, and a second covered in white frosting with a black-and-white line sketch of Alia, Ranbir and Raha.
“she’s 4. our little unicorn. blessed & obsessed. forever & ever,” Alia wrote.
The images show both parents helping Raha cut the cake, along with quieter moments: colouring at a table, a walk on the lawn, and Alia kissing her daughter.
Why the no-face rule stands out
Every photo, as with previous family glimpses, hides Raha’s face. That consistency has become the couple’s signature approach to social media: share the celebration, protect the child.
For fans, this creates a specific kind of post—generous with detail and feeling but strict about identity. In an industry where star kids can become public personalities early, Alia and Ranbir keep choosing a slower, more guarded path.
The party leans into that balance:
- Pastel-blue camper-van decor, bunting and balloon arrangements set the scene.
- Two birthday cakes: a Bluey-inspired design and a minimalist family line-drawing cake.
- Every photograph kept Raha’s face out of view, continuing their privacy-first approach.
The family timeline, briefly
Alia and Ranbir married on April 14, 2022, at their Mumbai residence Vastu, and welcomed Raha on November 6 that same year. Since then, they have offered occasional glimpses of family life rather than a constant feed—a choice that makes even a small birthday post feel like an event.
What’s next for the parents
Alia was last seen in the YRF spy thriller Alpha with Sharvari. Ranbir is currently in cinemas as Lord Rama in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana: Rise of a Legend. The two are set to share screen space again in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period love story Love & War, which begins production in January 2027 and also features Vicky Kaushal.
