Drishyam 3 Hindi Hits Rs 580 Crore Worldwide in Week 5
Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 3: The Conclusion crosses Rs 580 crore worldwide by Day 29 and holds a Rs 300 crore lead over the Malayalam version.

Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has opened its fifth week in theatres with a Rs 1 crore net day in India, according to Sacnilk. The Friday collection from 2,987 shows lifts the film’s cumulative domestic net to Rs 374 crore. With another Rs 25 lakh added overseas on the same day, the worldwide gross now stands at Rs 580.22 crore.
That keeps the Hindi film on a clear path toward the Rs 600 crore mark, a milestone that would round off a long and steady theatrical run.
The week-five maths
A crore-level day in the fifth weekend may look small beside the opening-week fireworks, but for a film that has already played a full month it is a steady hold. The week-by-week arc shows the expected cooling, with the newest entry still adding to the total:
- Week 1: Rs 245.50 crore net
- Week 2: Rs 87.50 crore net
- Week 3: Rs 28.85 crore net
- Week 4: Rs 11.15 crore net
- Week 5, so far: Rs 1 crore net
India’s gross collection is estimated at Rs 447.92 crore, and the overseas gross has reached Rs 132.30 crore. For Hindi film fans, the late-run numbers are a reminder that strong word of mouth can stretch a release well beyond its first two weekends.
A widening lead over the Malayalam version
The two-version comparison is the most striking part of the update. Mohanlal’s Malayalam Drishyam 3 had accumulated Rs 239.83 crore worldwide by its 29th day. Ajay Devgn’s Hindi version is now more than Rs 300 crore ahead at the same stage.
On Day 29, the Malayalam version collected Rs 6 lakh net in India, a 57.1% decline from the previous day. Its cumulative India net across all languages stood at Rs 110.49 crore, including Rs 97.45 crore from Malayalam. The gap is less a verdict on either film than a measure of the Hindi market’s scale and the franchise’s crossover reach, but it is a commanding lead.
Why the Rs 600 crore chase matters
The story still has plenty of dramatic fuel for late audiences. Vijay Salgaonkar thought he had evaded the law, but his past resurfaces when Meera Deshmukh returns not for justice but for revenge, and a powerful new Crime Branch officer challenges his alibis. That tension is keeping screens relevant deep into the run.
The next checkpoint is simple: can the film hold enough momentum on weekdays to reach Rs 600 crore worldwide before the screen count shrinks further? The trend is favourable, but the window is narrowing, so every crore now counts.
