Jailer 2 hits Rs 447.66 crore India gross on Day 11
Early Day 11 estimates take Rajinikanth's Jailer 2 to Rs 382.20 crore net and Rs 447.66 crore India gross, with the Tamil version leading.

Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 is turning its second Sunday into a box office story worth tracking. Early estimates from Sacnilk put the film’s India net at Rs 9.20 crore for Day 11, October 25, which pushes the domestic net total to Rs 382.20 crore and the India gross to Rs 447.66 crore.
The Nelson Dilipkumar-directed sequel is playing across 5,596 shows in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The Tamil version is doing the heavy lifting, while the other two languages add a useful second layer.
Language-wise split on Day 11
- Tamil: Rs 6.84 crore from 2,729 shows
- Telugu: Rs 1.46 crore from 883 shows
- Hindi: Rs 0.90 crore from 1,984 shows
A front-loaded first week
The film entered the second week after a strong opening frame. Sacnilk estimates the first-week India net at Rs 317.20 crore, including a Rs 59.70 crore opening day and Rs 55.85 crore on Day 4. Day 5 brought Rs 42.35 crore, Day 6 Rs 46.80 crore and Day 7 Rs 28.15 crore.
Week two has moved in the expected weekday rhythm. Day 8 collected Rs 17.15 crore, Day 9 Rs 14.50 crore, and Day 10 rebounded to Rs 24.15 crore as Saturday arrived.
Why the second Sunday matters
For a star-led action film, the second weekend is where the long run is decided. Day 11’s Rs 9.20 crore is a provisional live estimate, not the final Sunday number; it may climb as more shows are reported. The fact that Saturday recovered to Rs 24.15 crore after the Thursday dip shows the audience pull is still present.
Box-office watchers use two sets of numbers: gross is the total including taxes, while net is what remains after those deductions. On a multiverse release like this, the language split is often the more telling figure.
Jailer 2 brings Rajinikanth back as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian, alongside Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, Ramya Krishnan, Mithun Chakraborty, S. J. Suryah and Yogi Babu. Anirudh Ravichander handles the music.
What to watch next
The final Day 11 collection and the second-weekend total will tell us whether the film can keep a theatrical hold rather than simply burning out after a big opening. Official studio data can also update the India gross beyond the current Rs 447.66 crore figure.
The second weekend is not just a trade statistic. For fans, it is a sign that the film is still drawing full houses rather than relying only on the opening rush.
